Positives:
It was clean, updated and comfortable. We had a king sized room with lots of space. The entry space between the door and the inside wall was recessed so you could get your luggage in without a struggle. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They have full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower!
Negatives:
Oh my the breakfast! It was cold even at 8 AM. The biscuits were cold but could be heated in the microwave. The gravy was cold. Children were grabbing bacon with bare hands (but that is on the parents, not the hotel). The dining space was small.
The walk-in shower was narrow and the holder for the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was awkwardly place. Definitely not a deal breaker, just poor design.

Our room was great - dark, quiet, comfortable. The hotel is near decent places to eat, but the list of restaurants we received at check-in needs to be updated, as some of the places are permanently closed.
Negatives:
Breakfast definitely needs an upgrade. Very few selections, gravy was cold, biscuits were cold, eggs were disgusting and the pancake machine wasn't an option that morning. Pretty lame. The woman working acted like she was unhappy about being there.

First room assigned had a broken door handle that was pulled back from door but then duct taped around it. I was instantly assigned a new room upon bringing it to front desk attention. Breakfast is extremely minimal....

It was very unpleasant to realize that they abused my trust by giving them my card to pay and they made me double charges that did not correspond, I made the claim and in an unpleasant way and with a very bad attitude in the end they gave me the refund, and if I had not given At the time, I don't know what they would have done additionally without my consent, something that I don't think is correct and pleasant for anyone in this bad experience. I only recommend that all guests be very attentive when handing over their cards and information.

Couches and bed were dirty was moved to another room were other was the same issues also room had no view we were in room 215 and 213 both rooms sit behind the hotel car part structure and from the window that all you can see not even the parking lot to make sure your car is safe a Mountain View would be nice but all you can see is a wall maybe someone should paint a mural to give the allusion
