Positives: Where the hotel was located was convenient for food, shopping, gasoline, and site seeing.

Negatives: The staff, desk clerk was extremely rude, not helpful, just absolutely uncalled for and made my friend feel so hurt because she can't read and she asked what time checkout was and the clerk looked at her in disbelief and said: " if you want to know anything, the signs are right in front of you, read them!". We spoke with another desk clerk the following morning and she said she would speak with her but was laughing about the situation.
