The place was dirty upon entry. Room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled of strong cigarettes. Upon entering room we found multiple baby roaches and dirty floors. The sink was broke and nothing was clean except the bed was made. We left immediately and asked for a refund. We were so tired and having to leave and go find another hotel was aggregating. We did finally find a lovely room that was clean and comfortable after about an hour. Most places were booked up. Will never choose Red Roof Inn again.

The room was very dirty and the comforter had a cigarette burned hole. There was zero breakfast although the description on booking said there would be. Room clearly marked non smoking but it contained a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. Mini fridge did not cool.

the first room we got the fire alarm had no battery so it was chirping, the second room had blood on the walls and on the sheets, the third room was still disgusting and we could hear fire alarm chirping from the room so I couldn’t sleep
