Negatives: We intended to reserve a room in Cartersville, GA & mistakenly made a reservation in Clarksville, TN. We discovered our mistake when we arrived in Cartersville. We were very disappointed when we called the Clarksville, TN hotel to cancel the reservation & the hotel refused to refund it. This was on March 21.
