Negatives: 1 person doing everything. check in and room cleaning and laundry. I thought website said breakfast. There was none. There was a set up for one off the lobby however. Room barely passable on cleanliness. I had called motel on Monday prior to Saturday arrival and told them I had pets and needed first floor due to my knees. Told “just tell us when you get here”. Only room was on second floor, no elevator. Thank god for my knee brace.
