Floors had water damage that needs to be replaced. Staff was very friendly, but.I needed to check out a day early to get my son back to work the next day (unexpectedly). The staff told me they couldnt give me a refund for that night( I prepaid on booking .com), that Id have to go through booking.com to get a refund. She also forgot to remind me about the $50 deposit I was asked to make upon my arrival. (This $50 deposit was not on any info that I had recieved about my reservation). I had to ask for my deposit back, and was not given a refund for the night I didnt use. I wont be staying here when I come back next year for the event at the Lazy G Ranch.

Staff was rude. Booked a handicap assessable room because of bad knee and staff changed it to a top floor room with steps. Got to the room, couldnt get in had to go back to front desk, again ask for ground floor room, no , staff goes back to room with us and she couldnt get card to work so she puts us in another top floor room, after asking again for ground floor.
Room needed floors cleaned otherwise cleanliness was fair.
