Staff asleep when I got there to check in. Waited 20 minutes for the clerk to come out to get me my key. He said he was asleep and looked sleepy. When I went to get breakfast there was nothing available not even coffee. I saw about 3 bagels. When I went to check out once again same clerk asleep I had to wake him up after waiting 10 minutes to get a receipt. He was in a bad mood and said I’m coming!

The sheets had hair in them, the tub had hair in it, and the floor was a dirty.

Room could have been a little cleaner. Greasy Hand prints on the table were very noticeable when first walking in.
