Negatives: Toilet was broken. Breakfast was not very good and late.

Negatives: In four days the trash was not emptied, the bed was never made , the tub faucet dripped and the toilet fill valve runs, the breakfast was minimal !

Negatives: WHEN CHECKING IN THE GENTLEMAN AT THE FRONT DESK WASN'T THAT FRIENDLY, THEY NEVER TOLD US THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE THE PARKING LOT DONE, WHEN WE CAME BACK TO THE ROOM WAS A NOTE ON OUR DOOR TELLING US WE NEED TO PARK ELSEWHERE WHICH WAS AN INCONVIENCE WITH A 3 MONTH OLD AND 2 PEOPLE IN THEIR 70'S AND HAVE DIFFIUCULTY WALKING, AND THE ROOM SMELLED OF THE CHEMICALS THEY USED ON THE PARKING LOT. BEDS WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND SOUNDED LIKE METAL ON METAL WHEN YOU SAT ON THEM AND ROLLED OVER ON THEM. WAS NOT TOLD THAT HOUSEKEEPING DOESN'T COME TO THE ROOM. NO FRESH TOWELS,RAN OUT OF TOILET PAPER,AND NO TISSUES AT ALL. THE SHOWER YOU EITHER HAD SCALDING HOT WATER OR VERY COLD WATER. I DID VOICE MY CONCERNS AND THE WOMAN WORKING THE DESK SAID SHE KNEW NOTHING!

Negatives: The highway is far too close to get sound sleep, the office floor is uneven and has tiles sticking up, the rooms were decent looking other than the stained bedding that they refused to replace after we told them we were uncomfortable with it (had to buy bedding at the local Walmart), the beds are stiff as can be and offered no support, very small bathrooms with no moving room, the shower curtain did not have a liner so water soaked it and got all over the floor. The refrigerator froze our drinks, the microwave made a horrid noise when used. I asked the housekeeping for more toilet paper and she shook her head and did not seem to understand even though there was some rolls of it on her supply cart in front of her. She also did not knock before entering our room.
