Close to my job and was available for the emergency of no water at my house

The staff was rude and I was charged the deposit after I had left. I was upset that I was charged due to the fact I have a medical condition and can occasionally wet the bed. I took my medicine and everything to try to ensure it didn’t happen. However the staff decided that since there was a mini shot bottle of liquor that as a grown man in my 40s I guess I’m not able to have a drink and got charged the room deposit. I have had accidents at hotels before and never did I ever get charged. So I will never stay here again nor refer my friends and family to visit this location when they visit

I have stayed at this hotel three times, and I had always found it to be clean, comfortable, and economical.
Negatives:
During this stay my room was infested with Japanese beetles. They were crawling on the walls, on the ceiling, and on my bed. When I reported the insects, the desk clerk simply shrugged her shoulders and admitted the bugs were a problem. She did not offer to move me to another room since I was shortly to check out.. She did not offer to discount the room or to refund my money. Besides that, I was charged an extra $25 for an "early check in" when the hotel looked to be at about 10 percent booked. Ridiculous!
