Positives: location

Negatives: Ended up NOT staying there. Needed a handicap accessible room. They had no elevator and tried to put me on 2nd floor. Also after we left they charged 4 holds on the credit card. when they told me that they were reversing the charge. They were on there for 4 days. 800 dollars and caused several problems as that was the credit card I was going to use for the trip.

Positives: The breakfast was nice. Should last until 10am The room was older looking, needs a face lift and the couch looked wore out. The bed was however great. Room smelled a little musky.

Negatives: The rooms need updated with new carpet , tile, fixtures and paint. The staff was very nice, and the lobby was very nice but from the outside we almost canceled. If the holiday inn express would have had a vacancy we would have canceled with y’all, in stead we had no choice but to stay and when we walked into the lobby we did feel better about staying

Positives: The lady who checked us in was very friendly. Close to the highway so it’s convenient for travelers. Breakfast was good.

Negatives: The room had a stale smell to it. When we turned on the heat the smoke detector went off. We called the front desk and were told sorry but it’s normal. Kind of unsettling.
