Positives: The only things I can say were good was the staff and having hot water at a decent water pressure.

Negatives: The room looked like it was painted by someone who never painted. The room door had light coming in around it. There was a hole in the sheetrock where the shower nozzle came out and it would move around. They advertise a breakfast. The only thing they had was a coffee maker and a handful of small prepackaged muffins, it looked like. Lastly the beds are hard as a rock.

Positives: There wasn’t any breakfast when I left at 8. I kind of hoped for a piece of fruit. I did get a cup of coffee. I wonder if my stay being a Monday night was the reason. I just checked the same hotel for a Friday night and the rate is almost triple, so am not staying there for my return trip. I really liked that the TV had a sleep timer. So often now that feature isn’t available.

Negatives: Cleanliness of the room. Rug looked bad in places near the wall. There was no shelf in shower so that I could use my own cleansers. No idea of the quality of the supplied cleansers.

Positives: Staff was polite & friendly.

Negatives: There was no breakfast as advertised. The outlets in my room did not work, except the one by the bed. The fire alarm kept going off and front desk staff said “sorry there is nothing we can do. People are smoking in the rooms & it sets them off.” The bathroom sink was broken. The blankets were thin and hard. The fridge wasn’t cold. The conditioner bottle was empty. I got charged an extra $60 with no explanation and no new receipt.
