The front desk staff was RUDE and disrespectful. I called to check in early as we had an event that we were traveling in for. I asked about early check in, told me I could check in between 2-2:30 rather than 3. I get there and the man at the front desk was INSTANTLY RUDE without asking any questions. When I explained I had called and they made note of it on my booking he said nope you have to wait until 3. Proceeds to tell me to sit in the lobby or return to my car. We go back in at 3 and he ignores me but has already gotten the other family who come in after we did situated. Continues to ignore me while the other lady is helping a man get checked in and asked him to assist us. We did not get to our room until 3:15 and when I went to check out he was at the desk again and rude yet again. I called to leave a message for the manager but never got a response.

The service was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious and fresh! The room and hotel was clean.
Negatives:
The bathroom needed a few repairs but met our needs for the weekend.
