Positives: The property is clean and the lobby has a very welcoming, fresh scent. The rooms are a decent size.
Negatives: We were surprised to get to the property only to find out that the pool was out of order and the laundry facilities were not working. These were the two major reasons we booked this property for our family. We felt like we should have booked elsewhere or given a credit/discount for things not in order. One more thing, the TV remotes were from the 1990’s. It took about 30 second to move from one channel to another. For a modern hotel, you would think the TV’s would be smart.

Positives: I’ve stayed at Aloft in the past & really enjoyed it so this experience was surprising. Nothing, I liked NOTHING about the property or it’s staff. Because the staff were too busy to respond to me regarding an issue with my booking. If they’d simply said “no, we cannot do that”, it would have been something. They couldn’t even be bothered to do that. I also work a lot and long hours this time of year…I don’t have time to chase down someone for a reply after I contacted them TWICE.
Negatives: The customer service. I discovered through a miscommunication that my company had indeed scheduled a room for myself and my team at the main hotel my conference was…so I contacted Allft through the app, I sent a request to waive cancellation fees and a message to the property about the situation over 2 weeks before the date of my stay. Never heard a word back in response. My request was not important enough for them to deign to deliver a response to me. I booked and paid at the same time because that was the booking I needed, not the one that said “pay at property.” I asked them to waive the fees 15 DAYS before my stay and heard NOTHING. Not even a “no we cannot do that…” just nothing.

Negatives: Under construction, pool closed, very very small fragrance smell everywhere in the hotel. Hallways were nearly pitch black during the day. Small room. Not worth the value in my opinion. 20 min drive to nashville.

Positives: The keypad on our door stopped working when we returned from a concert, but the desk clerk worked very quickly to get us back in.

Positives: Very impressed with the friendliness of the staff.
Negatives: Headboards on the beds in room were scratched up. I did notify the staff and they were very apologetic.
