I would like a refund because I wasn't even able to stay at this location. The toilet didn't flush and had someone else's poop in it. The whole hotel smelled sour. It looked nothing like the pictures. There was construction going on. It wasn't in a good location. And they cancelled my reservation. I didn't even get to stay the night in this hotel
