location and the lady at the front desk was very polite, helpful and friendly. I had to change rooms due to the inside bolt being engaged and unable to be unlocked. bed was comfy

the room was not clean. the appliances were rusty/ outdated. the Sheetrock in the bathroom had holes and something that appeared to be mold was on the ceilings in places. there was a draft of cold air coming from underneath the door. there were people on the balconies smoking ( no smoking signs were visible) and the smoke wafted into my room. the carpet was very dirty.

The room was not very clean- bathroom floor was sticky, trash under the beds, and crumbs on the floor. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pull out was gross and hard. There weren't any sheets or pillows for the pull out so we had to go get some from the office.
