We asked for an early check-in and they told us to come back at noon. We returned and were informed we had to come back at three. We had already paid for our room. When we came back at three they would not give us a key because my daughter had made the reservation. We had to call her and get a picture of her drivers license. The lady at the desk was rude and very condensing. We will never stay at your facility nor will we recommend it to family or work associates.
