Positives: My go to place to stay. Friendly staff, comfy bed, quiet around back. Parking directly in front of the room.
Negatives: Few noisy tenants who like to slam doors, play their car stereo on loud in the parking lot, and talk across the parking lot from outside my door though staff are quick to stop the non-sense once made aware of it.

Positives: Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket nearby which is very convenient. The breakfast was good and the price was great considering how clean the rooms were and the high quality service from the staff.
Negatives: The location is a bit inconvenient and far from Nashville. This meant I spent a lot on Ubers
