Negatives: The bathroom lighting was a downer. The lights was to dim. That's a down grade from my stay at the Marriot

Negatives: The staff is not friendly and welcoming at all. Not over the phone when I called the day before with a question, nor at check in. The woman at the desk at checkout was nice.
My stay was pleasant, but staff could have made it better.
