The sink and mirror had obviously not been cleaned because there was dried toothpaste in and around it. Also I found a dog toy under the chair in the bedroom.

The front desk staff when we arrived was not friendly and seemed annoyed they had to check us in. There was also someone sitting in a chair on the customer side of the desk, right in the way while we checked and wouldn't move. Seemed like a hotel employee based on their conversation.

I booked with them 2 weeks in advance and the day of my arrival, they called and said they did not have a room available because they overbooked. They did not attempt to find another room at any of their sister properties.
