Positives:
Crazy as it sounds, the main reason I booked this hotel over other options is because the sink area is outside the bathroom. That way someone can be getting ready while another person is in the shower.
Negatives:
Turn in is kind of tricky. Missed it because its up on the hill and the sign down by the road is small. Had to go down and make a u turn and come back.

Short bed sheets, short shower curtain letting water make bathroom floor slippery.
Sticky floors in sink area (cleaning chemicals not rinsed?) And $12 (!!) for yogurt and fruit when every other hotel we stay in between MD and AR includes free hot breakfast.
