Staff was great, room was clean and as expected. A bonus that they provided ear plugs for the loud freeway noise that are in some of the reviews but this mitigated it nicely for us. Food service was very good!

very challenging location to access and poor signage. staff were clueless to this challenge for general traveler not from the area. brand is almost too austere for general travel- it’s not intuitive- meaning how to check in- available services, amenities, etc.
Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Room was very stripped down, which I get is part of the desired aesthetic- I just did not find it inviting. available food was subpar- even for lower priced hotel category. more focus on bar hours and “gathering” opportunities than eat/relax/sleep functions of a hotel. I had to walk across parking lot to another hotel to purchase very basic sundry. was told what I needed was not part of the a loft brand…. ? ok. well- not for me, then.
