We were in town for a UT game and the location could not be beat. It was just steps from the adorable Market Square area and only about a 20 minute walk to the campus/stadium. Parking in the garage was so easy and inexpensive for a downtown hotel ($15/day). We were able to get an early check-in which was incredibly helpful with our plans for that day.
The lobby and rooms were lovely, and our son thoroughly enjoyed his room service chicken tenders after the game. ;) We would definitely stay here again!

Positives:
I liked getting coffee before heading out except they ran out on my last day and it was too early to run out. For game weekend the hotel was quiet which was nice.
Negatives:
Getting in and out of the parking lot was very narrow. should be made wider especially since there is a parking fee. Also, would be nice if we were told that the rooms do not get cleaned every day, especially getting fresher towels.
