Extended Stay America Suites - Knoxville - West Hills

Negatives: There’s people outside at all hours, as a person traveling alone I definitely felt weird about walking to and from my car with 15+ group of guys outside at all hours (even 2 am). In my room I could hear yelling and talking in the hall and outside non stop. The entire place smelt like smoke and not just cigarettes. There was mold on the shower curtain and wall. The tub spout to turn on the shower didn’t fully work. Beds were very uncomfortable and fridge wasn’t cool enough (this is an extended stay place so I would figure the full size fridge should work). Overall not a place to be comfortable at and most things did not work how they should.

Negatives: There was ZERO peace and quiet in this hotel. A couple down the hall were screaming at each they all night. People were revving engines in the parking lot, other guests were slamming doors CONSTANTLY, it was so nosey I almost just left because I clearly wasn’t going to get any rest. There also was not a microwave in my room but the staff quickly fixed that. The entire night was just a train wreck and there was no order and no consideration for anyone trying to rest. The hotel also smelled like Marijuana and made me nauseated the entire evening. I could NOT even work from my room because of people screaming at each other and the out of control noise it would have been so unprofessional for me to conduct zoom meetings due to that so I had to cancel the meetings and reschedule. This was so frustrating. I definitely would NOT stay here ever again due to these issues. I travel every week for work and this was the worst experience I’ve had so far.

Negatives: Sink had yellow stains
