It was close to restaurants and the highways.
Negatives:
I was there for 5 days, and if i could have afforded another place, I would have left.The room was in rough shape. Walls were beaten up, the bathroom door had holes in it, the floor was terrible, and the bath tub had apparently been recoated at some time, which was peeling and flaking off badly. The hotel has people living there who gather outside and are very loud until well after 11 pm. There was a lot of screaming and shady people wandering around. The cops and an ambulance were there for a drug overdose and a domestic dispute. Oh, and the free continental breakfast was cereal and some sad ass muffins that were stale. The wifi was available supposedly, but the signal was non-existent. I would not stay again.

After 2 days we still haven't gotten our deposit back and I know for a fact that we did zero damage. The last red roof we stayed at returned our deposit the next day. Do better.

one room of 4 was very clean and comfortable. 2 sets of adjoining rooms. looked nice from outside

breakfast not what expected. one smoke alarm battery died. took forever to get hot water. morning hostess looked very unprofessional and looked like she just rolled out of bed.

Staff friendly, check in/out quick enough. Sizeable tub. Room also sizeable. Good size beds, comfortable enough.
Negatives:
Adjoining door always makes me nervous. Gap between entrance door and frame. Ground floor room has no nets to shield from carpark. Could not turn off CC on tv. Wifi in and out and as an adult I object to being told what I can and cannot view across the internet. Walls very thin. Sketchy characters using the carpark when not guests.
