Positives:
leaving after our night of rest.
Negatives:
*Remnants of a liquid spilled on HVAC cover not wiped clean. Appears no effort was ever made to clean the cover
*Remnants of what appears to be coffee stains running down the wall next to the desk. Again no effort appears to be made to wash the spill off the wall.
*Desk chair could not be adjusted for height, it would immediately drop to the lowest position once you sat in it.
*Missing the door threshold at the bathroom,leaving sharp ceramic tile edge which can easily cut your feet. we placed a towel on the floor over the edge to protect our feet.
* Peeling wall plaster in the bathroom.
*shoddy drywall patch near the floor between the bathtub and toilet apparently where they did some plumbing work.
* Could not lock the dead bolt on the Entrance door because the door was sagging.
* In the public corridor there was a room which had the door trim literally pulled away from the wall.
