Burn holes in everything....sheets, blankets,furniture and carpet. A roach crawling on the floor! A pair of false eyelashes stuck on the back of the bathroom door. Towels small, rough and very thin. NOTHING to eat for breakfast...juice and coffee only. No one at the desk to complain to when we left.

The hot water did not work in the first room .. they moved us which was great but the second room didn’t have clean towels or sheets and roaches everywhere.
Stayed 3 days and house keeping did not come to check or clean the room … we had to go ask for tissue a few times before we got any … they took our dirty towels but did not replace them

The room was dirty and old. There were cigarette burns in the extra threadbare comforter. It smelled like smoke. Bathtub was yellowed and in need of remodeling. There is no elevator to the second floor.

There was literally nothing that I enjoyed about this place. The entire experience was just horrible. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left and went somewhere else to stay for the night. Worst room I have ever stayed in by far.
Negatives:
As soon as you walk in it smells like a nasty cigarette. There were also cigarette burns in the sheets and on the floor. I was half asleep with my friend and we notice a ROACH on the wall. DISGUSTING!! Then later on he discovered MORE roaches all over the toilet.
