We have stayed here twice now and enjoyed both stays. The staff are amazing, the breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
If I had to pick something, the carpets could use a shampoo.

We will only stay here when we visit!

The. Beds were comfortable

The room was awful. Bedding had not been changed. Shower did not work. Fleas I room were bitten up. When brought to managers attention he denied all. Pool was closed and it was 85 degrees outside. The maintenance staff was kind. We will never stay here again. We will drive longer to Paris TN for accommodations next time.

Positives:
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, the bed was quite comfortable, the water was hot, and there was a nice breakfast assortment. McKenzie seems to be a nice, clean, quiet town with several restaurants from which to choose.
