Days Inn by Wyndham Memphis at Graceland

Negatives: Staff didn't care. Pool was not open. No vending machines No coffee No breakfast. Very poor accommodations.

Negatives: Ive never felt as unsafe as I did at this hotel. We never saw any other guest. I dont think there were any there. We felt so uncomfortable that we did not stay there. We got a room at a different location.

Negatives: Yes...TV was freezing and going out,there was no house keeping, no towels and it didn't have breakfast as it say on line. They did even have cereal and milk or breakfast bars.or coffee. I ask and they said they don't now ..

Negatives: It was being renovated, but other than that it was good!

Negatives: Front stairs and the entrance to park your vehicles needs improvements to keep it well maintain and safe as well.Need fire alarm in room.

Negatives: The hotel was disgusting and the staff did not care at all. Nobody is showing no pride in their property and it could be an awesome hotel. The trash cans were overflowing when we arrived and were never taken out. There was no shower curtain.

Negatives: Fake advertising here stop saying you have rooms available online getting customers to pay, only to be highly disappointed at arrival no rooms available.

Negatives: Outside looks trashy, came with breakfast but nothing provided, not even on the go.

Negatives: The surroundings are dirty. No shower curtain so after shower the whole bathroom was wet. No toilet paper holder, no towel bar or even hook inside the bathroom.

Negatives: The property was DIRTY & UNSAFE! we are talking overflowing trashcans outside, rubbish & litter everywhere, & smashed glass in the parking lot. there was no fire alarm in our room (it had been removed). No shower curtain, so if you showered - you flooded the bathroom. We used up ALL 2 towels they provide on the floor so we wouldnt slip & fall. Additionally, upon check in the staff had assigned us a room and asked US to check and see if it was cleaned yet (it wasnt). They moved us to a different room (fine) but it was still shamblely. Definitely not worth the price - save yourself some money & worry and stay at the la-quinta a block over. We also wouldnt walk around without shoes (even in the room, the bottoms of our feet would turn black). it was an overall HORRIBlE experience and we will never stay there again.

Negatives: We didnt stay. After driving 14 hours - we were told to leave the hotel because they didnt have power. But the lobbys electric worked fine there was no recommendations on where to stay just - you cant stay here. I called corporate and was given a case number and was told the hotel would call me to discus the issue within 48 hours they never called.

Negatives: The rubbish all around the hotel grounds, no facilities as advertised, dirty unsafe pool, fire/smoke alarm hanging off wall, not being advised that the property was under going major renovation, no tea and coffee facilities in room or in reception, no shower curtain, the list is long take a look at the photos
