Positives:
It wasn't much. Only coffee and cold muffins
Negatives:
Bathtub had what appeared to be blood stains on it. Not enough trash cans. No utinsels in kitchen not even plastic. Again breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Positives:
The only thing good about this location was the location. It was minutes from my job.
Negatives:
For starters I walked into the lobby and asked to book a room. I was told I could not, it had to be done online or over the phone. At this point they gave me an 800 number to call. I went to a coworkers room and booked my stay. I unintentionally used booking.com. When I was able to check in I went to my room. It was not very clean. There was hair in the shower both in the tub and on the wall. The entire floor of the tub was black. I scratched at it a little and the black came off, it wasn't stained or permanent. The internet was pretty useless the entire stay which caused me countless problems as I work remotely. The keypad to the door at my end of the building did not work. I would park on the left corner, walk to the lobby which if the opposite end. then walk back to my room which was the very last room on the floor furthest from the lobby. Toward the end of my stay I found out I had to remain in Memphis another day. Seeing that I had already bought food, drink and cleaned the room I figured It would be easier to remain than find another room so I went to the front desk. They told me I could not extend my stay because I booked on Booking.com. I asked them to just rent me a room for a day without using booking.com and make it the same room. They would not and tried to give me the number to call to book. I declined and went to my room to extend through booking.com After 30 minutes of not being able to do this due to the poor internet, I could not stay connected long enough to load the proper page, I went back down stairs and told the front desk I could not book due to the internet. They tried to give me the 800 number again. At this point I was very frustrated and told the employee of my issues. I went upstairs and my phone rang. It was the manager, he had heard the conversation at the desk. He didn't call to apologize or try and help. He called to tell me it wasn't their fault that I booked on booking.

Positives:
The location, and the familiarity from staying here before
Negatives:
All the way up on the 3rd floor; keycard/doorknob not working well, requiring multiple tries just to enter the room; deadbolt latch completely broken off on inside of the door; flying insects of some type annoying me in the bedroom and bathroom areas; staff stated that my only option was to downgrade from the best room available — the King Deluxe Suite — to the Queen-sized bed, regular room — the cheapest room available for this property. I then messaged the staff, later on, to ask if I'd be refunded the difference in amounts for the differing room rates, but I never even received a response from anyone. And I was considering staying here long-term, but it's simply out of the question now!

The bedding had stains all over them. The hallway was very dim lighting so I felt very uncomfortable walking down them alone. The outside card key lock does not work properly.
