Was in the middle of nowhere with no option at al to enjoy the direct surrounding. Good place to stay as a in between stop but certainly no romantic place to stay mote than 1 night.

Arrived at the hotel and was told we did not have a room because they were doing remodeling. We had made the reservation several months in advance and had a confirmation. The hotel did not attempt to contact us prior to arriving to let us know there were no rooms available. Terrible customer service After traveling all day it was not fun having to find another hotel st the last minute. Again TERRIBLE customer service

Hotel was very close to the venue we would be attending. Also was very convenient to other areas of Memphis

Received a deluxe room, however, there was no microwave/fridge in this room which we felt was odd. House keeping does not come daily - which was fine, however, we requested soap and towels on our second night. Nobody came by unfortunately.

Outlets in room didnt work, no soap for the shower, was rushed out of the room by the cleaning staff at 9 am.... unacceptable. Also i requested to speak to the manager before being checking out of my room. But was told no manager was available due to a meeting. I left my phone number with the clerk at the front desk, yet i received no phone call and i was charged more than i agreed to.
