Great room and friendly staff.
Positives:
This was the worst experience. Blood on comforter no nonfat milk option. Phone didnt work and was dirty. When I called for new bedding the front desk could not hear me because the phone wasnt working. Called from cell and had to request new bedding
Negatives:
Front desk did not offer anything I had to ask for clean bedding. They brought a converter and I had to ask again for top sheet and had to make the bed myself which wasnt at all the problem. Its they didnt respond with complete new bedding.

The site was exceptional!! Customer service was amazing. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we would need. The breakfast was delicious and great variety. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.
Negatives:
The only issue we had was the elevator getting stuck with our girls on it, but the maintenance team responded fast and got them out in a matter of minutes.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When their cable was out, they went out of the way to inform me and give me options on my stay. Impressive customer service.
Negatives:
The baseboards and impressions on the bathroom door were extremely dusty. The bathtub was quite slippery. A light bulb was out in our room.

Once we got to our room, went to relax watch a little TV before bed, NO TV. Upon check-in was asked for my credit card to have on file for incidentals. Upon reviewing my credit card found that the hotel charged me a second time for the room.
