The pool was inoperative. I felt I didn't get the value I paid for. Also, breakfast should have been complimentary for the price of the room. I believe Holiday Inn Express has more value.

The pool was warm enough to swim, thankfully. That was honestly the best part of our stay.
Negatives:
The entire hotel was disgusting. There were visible crumbs and dirt on every floor we saw. The room itself looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a month. There were several pieces of someone else's hair all in the shower and bathroom. There was something that looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom as well. Every tabletop was absolutely disgusting. There was sticky stuff, and what looked like some type of barbecue sauce spilled on them as well. The walls and doors were all just filthy. I will probably never stay at another Hilton Garden Inn. The carpets were so dirty, and every single door we walked past had dirt and shoe marks on them. The chair had some white nasty spots on it. I was very disgusted by this entire place.

I really liked the customer service. The set-up for the event we had was beautiful. The food we requested to be served was the best.Mr. WALLACE AND HIS STAFF DID AN OUTATANDING JOB. MR EDGAR POITIER AND HIS STAFF WAS GREAT. Thank the entire staff for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be using this hotel again.

I didn’t like that we got told different things about breakfast. Or that the black out curtains wouldn’t close or that the shower curtain tore (it was two pieces and the inside part tore off) nor did I like that you either had cold water or really hot because the handle wouldn’t stay in the spot that you put it.
