Maid service only every other day so no fresh towels. Had to get them and the furniture in the room was a bit ratty

The room was very large.
Negatives:
The front desk clerk at 10 pm was very rude and did not offer any help. There was no soap for the shower, no plastic cup for bathroom vanity, no dish soap or sponge for kitchenette. The coffee bar in the lobby was awful.

It was in a quiet area which made the stay pretty peaceful.

The breakfast was very kind,alot of people don't eat pork so it would be nice if you could have some turkey sausage or beef and label it so the people will no what they are eating

The front desk staff offered great customer service.
Negatives:
The furniture was old and peeling. The couch had hair weave sticking out of it and was sunk in. The room was not clean as there was crumbs, and shot glass, and sunflower seeds under the furniture. The amount of money that was spent definitely did not match in quality.
