Room was ready and clean. Hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was really good. It was very busy but they kept up with the refills very well. The bed was very comfortable only thing missing was there was not a bath tub.

booking.com confirmed my stay would be 141 dollars, i had to pay a total of 192 once i arrived at the establishment. the room i stayed in was barely cleaned, didnt have a microwave and the refrigerator door fell completely off the when we opened the refrigerator.

This place should be temporarily closed and renovated. It's nasty. The hotel had old, worn, used furniture with dirty fabric and scratched and scarred wood tables and chairs.. The walls in the hallway were painted by someone other than a professional. The carpet in the room and hallway was gross. The vinyl tile in the elevator was dirty. Teach your staff that smiling is a part of good hospitality; it's a REQUIREMENT. Customer service was not good, poor training of staff. Pay your staff a higher pay and expect more from them. This place is not suitable for anyone to stay.
