Negatives: Cleanliness and denied cleaning of room. Booger on my door frame, hair caked up in the blow dryer and all over the bathroom. Broken shower rod, broken thermostat, and denied cleaning and no refund for two day early check out

Negatives: 1st room was some what clean except for a non draining tub or sink. There was hair built up in the tub not allowing it to drain. The second room they put us in was gross, it stunk like smoke for a non smoking room. The vent in the bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned in months/years! There were ants in the bathroom. The smoke detector in the room was missing from the wall. Flat out disgusting!

Negatives: Property is ran down. Main elevator wasn’t working, the one at the other end of the hotel was next to an unsecured unlocked door with sketchy characters walking the parking lot by the door. The wall paper is falling off the wall ceiling tiles are missing. The carpet is rolled and raveled from what appeared to be previous flooding damage. Key did not unlock room door while it was multiple sketchy characters loitering around the hallway.

Negatives: My car got broken into on the hotel parking lot. Security was no where to be found.

Negatives: The beds the roaches and the rude people up front

Negatives: Had to have door key reprogrammed every time I came back to my room and the door handle was loose. Toilet ran the whole time, whole hotel smells like weed. Broken glass everywhere in the back parking lot. No bell or anyway to get front desk staff’s attention. Had to yell for him multiple times over a movie he was watching. Weird stain in the bathtub. Tv looses wifi signal.

Negatives: I didn't like that when I got out of my vehicle I could smell marijuana even on the inside of the hotel lobby and on the floor that my room was on. The hotel needs to be renovated and clean inside and out. My room wasn't clean and no one serviced my room to pick up trash or replenish fresh towels. The beds were not comfortable at all. There was no phone to call the front desk. There was only one elevator working which did not appear to be in good shape. There wasn't anything for breakfast when I went down on my last morning stay. Myself and other guests were told there wasn't anything left and it was still early so it was not time for breakfast to end. Couldn't get coffee there wasn't any sugar out and no fruit or muffins. It was a very bad experience.

Negatives: My last 2 stays here the front desk clerk was extremely rude! My tv didn’t work and he told me to figure it out because he had other people in front of him and hung up the phone

Negatives: The property is not clean we could not get into our room

Negatives: The hotel in itself could use alot of work. This was not my first time staying here, however, the facilities itself were in horrible shape compared to when I stayed a few years back. The furniture had excessive stains. Our comforter had a cigarette burns and what appeared to be red punch stains. Upon our arrival the main elevator was down but by the time we checked out, both elevators were broken. We had to carry luggage from the 6th floor. Breakfast was included but most of the options were cold. The hall ways and elevators smelled like marijuana. While no one had come in our room to empty the trash or change the toilet paper during our entire stay, on the day of checkout, we were greeted at 10:50 am with a loud banging on our door with a man telling us that checkout was at 11:00 and that we needed to leave. This is unacceptable. DO BETTER LaQuinta!

Negatives: Everything was broken

Negatives: Breakfast was awful. Barely anything to eat. Not fully stocked with food to accommodate 6 floors. Milk was frozen for cereal barely meat and biscuits were undercooked. The vending machine wasn't working and barely had ice from the ice machine that was 100% filled. The hotel had an odor.
