There were bugs on the bed when we checked in. There were no towels - we checked in at 9 pm and asked forn2 towels, they said they wouldn’t bring towels until 8 am - we were checking out at 3:30 am , just needed a shower and some sleep so this wasn’t acceptable

The price is fairly reasonable.
Negatives:
The key pad did not work, so I had to stand outside at night with my family and wait on the front desk clerk to let us in the room. Also there was no remote to the TV in the room I called the front desk and was told they would bring one to the room after waiting for an hour I had to go to the front desk and get it and to add insult to injury he asked me did I look for it.
