Beautiful, nice music playing as you come in the door, smelled glorious!

We woke up there third morning to a puddle on the kitchen floor, and the ceiling dripping… but a quick call to the front desk and it was resolved. Didn’t leak at all the next night. I was just glad it didn’t affect the electrical at all.

The room size was great and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is soooooo tired. Worn out furniture, tub didnt drain, stained carpet, mold patches on wall and ceiling, sheets had hair in them, and just dirty feeling. Not what youd expect for a Residence Inn.

Problems with TV, had to change rooms. Bathroom fan really loud, no hair dryer. The carpet was dirty, left dark marks on my white socks; tile floor was sticky; the paper towel holder was only attached to the wall on one side. Worst maintained Residence Inn Ive ever been in, huge disappointment!
