Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. I was coming from out of town on my way to the hotel to check in and a worker from the hotel call me and stated that they had no rooms available at the last minute. So I had to look around and call to see other places to see if they had a rooms available. I was so disappointed.

They didn't have any rooms available on check in day but it was one available when I booked it and had a confirmation number as well

How the hotel was set up. It look like little apartments!

When the housekeeper walked in my room while I was sleep and I was terrified! The room smelt like mildew and wet carpet and there were dead roaches in the window and the bed was extremely hard. And the toilet didn’t work and they told me I had to buy a shower curtain cause it didn’t have one. It was an horrible experience

The images are deceptive advertisements. When I arrived in my room after checking in, it smelled horrible. There were stains all over the pillows and sheets. There was a hole in the couch. It looked like no one had cleaned the bathroom. The phone was broken. When I asked the front desk staff if she could get someone to change the bed's sheets, she said that since the room service staff wasn't present, I would have to do it myself. In actuality, I left on the same day that I arrived. I had to keep calling them because they wouldn't respond to the booking websites so they could release my money back, and I kept getting the runaround about them refunding me the money. I overall believe that this location needs to be closed down and that a health and safety inspection should take place. I would not recommend anyone to stay here
