WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AND WENT TO OUR ROOM, A VERY BAD RAIN STORM OCCURRED -- WE ENDED GETTING WATER INTO OUR ROOM THROUGH THE A/C WINDOW UNIT-- TALKED TO THE STAFF ON DUTY AND THEY UPGRADED OUR ROOM TO A SUITE FOR THE NIGHT-- VERY NICE.
