Americas Best Value Inn & Suites in Murfreesboro

Negatives: everything was terrible, dirt a half an inch caked on the floors around and in corners, toilet paper dispenser was pulled half way out of the wall, the clothes hangers were rusty, there was a moldy smell, the wall outlets were so old and loose our phone chargers wouldn't stay plugged in, and there were spots on the very ill-fitting bed skirts. We were exhausted so we stayed to sleep but didn't unpack. I used to live in Murfreesboro years ago before my husband died and I feel terrible and so would he that this establishment is even operating in our favorite town.

Negatives: they tried to make me leave a day early and was rude when I asked for a Do Not Disturb sign. had to ask for a different room when we got there they had cockroaches. treated me like shot afterwards for the next two days. I will never go back there. also the room had the same bed sheets from the people who stayed before. if I wasn’t homeless and needs a bed I would of left and call the better business bureau on them. they would of got condemned for dirtiest hotel in the state.

Negatives: Lower Level No microwave Refrigerator TOTAL NOT WORK

Negatives: Had to request more towels. Room had condiment packages scattered through tout room when we arrived . Hair dryer had stuck hair on it . There was many torn up sugar packets in the night stand when we arrived . Thank goodness we didn’t need to use it .

Negatives: The staffer is kinda rude asf n lazy but the two older guys are cool juat wish if I’m goin to pay money to stay here that they would be more helpful we haven’t even been in here for ten mins n the Toilet doesn’t work right n it’s our responsibility to fix it is what we got told

Negatives: Entering room there is substances on surfaces such as walls and tables that could have easily been wiped off. There is a hole in the ceiling above microwave/sink area from water damage. Bathroom was disgusting, tub was filthy, large nasty vent with hole above toilet as well. When getting into bed after walking around in socks you notice you keep bringing pieces of hard black bits of rodent/insect feces. Finally, the complete deciding factor for us to vacate said hotel.. I discovered a cockroach on the wall next to the bed above the bedside table, which had dirt, dust, and old food bits behind. While gathering things, I came across YET ANOTHER cockroach running across the floor by the sink area. Do better.

Negatives: Place was run down out dated walls paper thin

Negatives: the room smelled like straight stale cigarettes, the blow dryer didn’t work, the the bed had a dip in the middle, and the mirror in the room was cracked.

Negatives: At 11:00 on the dot one of the cleaning ladies took it upon herself to come in the room and tell us we had to leave she did that not once but she did it twice that was very unprofessional of her and we were in the middle of getting ready to check out when she done this.
