Room was fairly clean. I liked the gathering area near the indoor pool, it was fun to be able to sit around with friends & hang out together.

Hallway we entered was extremely hot, like a sauna. I don't know how people stayed on that hall. Indoor pool looked cloudy. Carpet in hallways very stained. Bed spreads had what looked to be a stain of blood on them. Breakfast was poor. Just something to grab & take. The biggest problem was with paying the bill. They charged the first night to my debit card prior to us arriving. When we arrived, we paid for the 2nd & 3rd night with cash. The next day, my debit card had 2 additional charges ( the same first night fee & the amount we paid in cash ). We went to talk to the front desk, he couldn't do anything. Next morning, we went to talk to manager but she wasn't there, we went & did our thing, I noted that they had removed the fee for the cash payment but not the duplicated 1st night payment. So, again, we went back to speak to front desk, again & were told we had to speak to manager who wasn't there. The next morning we got up, went to front desk, the manager was there, then to duplicated 1st night payment was removed. They did this to same scenario to about 4 others that I know of. Made it very stressful and it put my debit card down to the negative and I was unable to use it to buy anything on my vacation. Fortunately, I had some money in another card I could use.

Pool and hot tub was nasty looking, carpets nast. Everyone in our group had issues with being dbl or triple charged/billed and there was no management to correct it. Folks were left with messed up bank Accts overdrafts etc.

Nothing room had roaches air conditioner had dirt caked on it where it wasn't blowing correctly we did not stay at all it was terrible

The room was nasty roach dead alive nest of them air didn't blow correctly cause of dirt caked on it they came separated roaches in when he shined light under sink and desk and bed there was trash in food and dirt where roo. Was not cleaned right before I took photos of everything and video this was supposed to be a happy moment for our family my daughter gave birth to twins we was supposed to stay to see them yet since we could not get refund and we didn't want to stay in hotel that is nasty we had to come home no sleep I drove 16 hours no sleep at all because of this I very disappointed this was most awful experience on top I had to show daughter video and pictures of room so she knew what we was leaving she cried I cried my husband cried her grandmother cried this should have never happened to us something needs done for sure I hope this doesn't happened to anyone else cause this kind of heartbreak is unexpected

The room stayed warm the entire time, even though air was turned down. Entire hotel smelled of pine incense. Spouse was yelled at by housekeeping for taking two towels off cart even though we had been out of towels for a day. Complimentary breakfast was runny eggs and see through bacon. Trash all in the parking lot as well as trash cans overflowing.
