Positives:
The staff were amazing and extremely attentive. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed the omelette station. The evening happy hour was a nice addition to our stay as well. While the property is dated it was very clean and well maintained. The lock on our door needed to be replaced on the second day and the maintenance worker came right away, it was fixed quickly. The front desk staff (Isabella) checked in daily via text message simply to check on our stay. This was a great way to communicate any questions or concerns. Isabella was wonderful and always kind and helpful!
Negatives:
My kids mentioned that the pool was salty tasting, and burned their eyes. Not sure if thats normal or if the chemicals were off but it did prevent them from spending more time there.

Positives:
Hotel was very beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is very similar to if you stayed at a resort. There were several Breakfast options to choose from ranging from vegan to meat lovers. Cocktail bar is a genius idea along with being kid friendly. My family will definitely be staying again.
Negatives:
I didn't like paying for parking. I feel as though if you have paid for your stay, parking should be included especially with the hotel not being directly in the city. I know that is probably a rule of Hilton. At least make the parking between $3-5, instead of $12 a day.

Good
Positives:
The room and location were nice. The staff was outstanding!
Negatives:
I think this just comes with the territory and it wasnt the hotels fault, there were several baseball and softball teams staying in the hotel so it was very noisy. We did have one issue with some loud people next to us at night after 10p. It was difficult to sleep. Again, that couldnt be helped and wasnt the hotels fault but was frustrating for us.
