Its was a little over priced for one night because we went on new years eve it cost me over $600. I don't know what a normal night cost but that was very overpriced. One of the reasons we booked hear is because we thought the hotel was having a live band/music in the hotel lobby at the w xyz lounge but thay didn't. we also thought that we would be able to see the fireworks from the rooftop but you can't see them from Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park Because there's buildings blocking the view . also the breakfast was very confuseing to understand how it works if you have never stayed there before we where unsure of what we were able to get on the free breakfast menu thay almost charged us for it again but I had to tell the lady that we had already paid for that it was included in our room price. also the refuel area with the snacks and drinks that we thought were free we're not thay will change you for anything you get from it to your room. Also the room we booked had a sofa bed in it and we did not have any bedding for it in the room even with 4 adults in our booking thay still didn't put enough bedding or towels and rags in the room. Also we booked hear because we thought the hotel was within walking distance to downtown Broadway but its a very long walk at least 10-15 blocks away from the hotel so we had to drive down there and pay for parking again. Please note that you have to pay for the parking at the hotel $35 per night. If you choose to park yourself in the garage thay didn't have a elevator in the garage so that was very difficult getting my mother down the steps an the luggage so use valet parking if you have a handicapped person and a lot of luggage because there's no elevator in the parking garage .

Nice lobby and decent room. WIFI is nonexistent. I called front desk and was told to stand near my door to get wifi. She said the walls are concrete and wifi does not work so well. This alone will keep me from staying here ever again.

The room was very nice, well kept, and clean. Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. Easy parking. The bar downstairs is very clean with friendly staff and great drinks, and live music. I don’t have a single complaint about our stay at this hotel. Highly recommend.
