We booked a wheelchair accessible room weeks in advance for a young adult flying in from out of state. She and her family arrived around 9pm to check in for their accessible room. They were informed there were no accessible rooms (although that is what the reservations stated). The young adult (in a wheelchair) had to leave the hotel and wheel herself to another hotel for an accessible room in the dark in an unfamiliar state. Very disappointed in the handling of this situation and how this young woman was treated as a result of her disabilty.

We paid in advance to make sure we had a room. 2 bed, 3 adults, they didn't have the room, they gave it to someone else. We had to wait a little over an hour for them to find us a room. We ended up with 2 different rooms on 2 different floors. That.being said the rooms were very clean and comfortable and they said we wouldn't be charged for the extra room..
