Negatives: My recent stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing. The handicap-accessible room I booked was inadequate; the bathtub was inaccessible to my mother, and the bathroom was too small for a wheelchair. The room itself was dated, smelled stale, and had a leaky tub and malfunctioning air conditioning. I checked out early due to these significant issues. This experience was far below the standard I expect, especially compared to other Embassy hotels I've visited.

Positives: Rooms are clean and hotel provides easy transportation to Broadway. We love Midtown to get away from the crowds and still enjoy great food and music.

Negatives: The bedroom in the one room suite has very stagnant air. The window doesn't open and ventilation doesn't move air enough. I asked the staff for a fan, which they happily provided, and things were great! Ceiling fans in the room should be installed or portable fans provided in all rooms. Just my opinion, but issue was immediately resolved by staff.
