Negatives: pictures deceiving on the website. The long term residence appeared very sketchy. No trash can in my room. No ground floor. Either had to drag all of our luggage downstairs or upstairs, could not find an elevator when staff was asked for hot water for tea in the morning. They were rude and put out.

Negatives: dark road and a dismal hotel inside and out with no elevator. had to walk up to third floor with my luggage at midnight. stairwell felt totally unsafe. staff useless. room reeked of smoke. including bed. had to cover pillows with bath towels to mask smell. carpet so stained I had to wear shoes to use bathroom. longest 10 hours of my life.
