Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I liked that I was able to keep my pet.

The cleanliness or less of it. The staff did not go beyond minimal assistance. If you needed anything including toilet paper, one roll at a time. You got it. My towels, wash rags , sheets and blankets had to be washed by staff and I had to go back get them and put them on by myself. Which doesn't matter, but you have no extra? This wasn't the cheapest place I could've stayed either.
The clientele was less desirable. I only left the room to leave or get something for the room

The beds were nice. the room was clean. we had clean towels.

Had to pay an extra deposit at property due to having an instate license. Only had one luggage cart for the whole facility. When walking to the room, was greeted by two other guests. One asked if we were interested in purchasing illegal narcotics and the other asked if they could purchase a cigarette for $1 that we do not smoke. When getting ready in the mornings, the bathroom reeks of marijahana wafting in through the vents. We did not feel safe leaving the room or coming into the room after dark. The front desk attendant even told us to not go to the other side of the facility at night.

The maintenance guy was gone before 5pm, n they went from no deposit to a crazy $150 deposit since the winter n the office doesn’t open until 10 so theres no breakfast. You’d think with a deposit like that that maintenance would be there until at least 5 n they’d have at least oatmeal n coffee like the Extended Stay in Brentwood does without any deposit. Don’t stay there.. it’s a joke

The stairs and elevator were dirty— trash strewn on stairs. One set of towels for 2 adults for 3nights plus a hard-to-reach front desk is unacceptable for the price paid!

Had a reservation paid for and after traveling all day long, we get there and they turn us away!!! After having to stand outside locked out of the lobby for 20-30 mins by the way!

Turned away when we already had a room paid for! Claimed they were overbooked yet pretty sure we watched a guy 2 people abead of us ahead of us do a walk in with no reservation and get a room!!
