Heavy rain caused flooding at the entrance way. There was no alternate route into the property nor was there anyone working to clear it. We have a BMW 501e and was afraid of depth as we had never been there before

Hotel is very worn and needs renovations! The staff just stayed on their phones and would not speak if you did not speak to them! The bed was so uncomfortable and the furniture in the room was beat up and scratched up!
It certainly does not meet the Hilton standards that customers have come to expect! This hotel is very overpriced! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was close to Gaylord hotel and Opry mills.

Our room was very dusty. Our bathroom had black hair from previous guests around the toilet and floor. The mirror had soap splash around it. I had to wipe down every surfaces in the bathroom before using. The pool was very dirty and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile.
