I live 5 hours away and have to go to Vanderbilt once a month. I've stayed at several air bnb's, vrbos and hotels in the area. The first time I stayed here was in May of 2023 and now I won't stay anywhere else. I'm in a wheelchair and they're very accommodating, without my asking them to be. The staff is always great, the rooms are always clean and the breakfast is, by far, the best hotel breakfast I've ever had - fresh, delicious food and a good variety with friendly staff.

It looks like they only have one cook and she came in sick so had to go home and nobody could even cook what you wanted for dinner so they truly need more than 1 cook for situations like this. My toilet was also backed up and it took 6 calls plus asking to speak with a manager to get my toilet fixed. The lady seen me holding my baby once I answered the door and tried to had me a plunger
