The room was large with a lovely seating area and extremely comfortable bed. The shower was large and lots of clean white towels. Good toiletries. The view was fabulous and location very good as close, walking distance to the main areas. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
The breakfast room and all of the reception and lounge areas were very cold. This meant we couldn't sit there and eat an evening meal or just enjoy sitting in the lovely lounge area.
The breakfast was only adequate. There was a lack of choice and variety. We stayed for 6 nights so we're aware of it. Seemed to run out of food. On a couple of occasions we asked for something to be replaced, milk for example, but they said there was no more. But then on one occasion did replace it. At times, on the weekend, there was not enough seating for everyone. Often there was no ceramic mugs only paper cups and sometimes plastic knives and forks and polystyrene plates. They just didn't seem to have enough of anything really.
